This afternoon our Eco monitors set to work weeding our raised beds and with the help of Miss Fox and members of the Horticulture Society, groups of children were able to plant them up. Our parent working party also helped Reception children plant up their new raised beds and tidy up some weeds. Our stage area roof was also repaired - thank you! Members of Chelmondiston Horticulture Society worked hard to prepare a long bed and set us a sunflower challenge. Each child has planted a seed and we will see whose sunflower is the tallest! We were grateful for all their help and enthusiasm.
