Sports Funding

As part of the Olympic legacy, all schools were given funding to enhance the PE provision offered to the children. In 2016 - 2017 the money allocated (£14,276) was spent on the provision of a new trim trail for the children.

 

The children decided what they would like the money to be spent on and there was vote which decided which equipment was to be provided.

 

The Trim Trail - now known as 'The Hilary' has been greatly enjoyed by the children who have a timetable which allows each class access for at least two sessions a week.

 

Margot in Year Four said: "I think it is really good fun and it helps me to keep fit."
