The Parent Teacher Assosciation (PTA)

We are very fortunate at Chelmondiston to have an active PTA. The function is twofold. It raises money for the school by providing extras and items that the school budget does not stretch to, while providing an opportunity for children, governors, parents and teachers to get to know each other outside the confines of the school day. The PTA purchases throughout 21/22 were: a set of beebots, a set of 30 headphones, plants, a large selection of musical instruments and a table-top cooker.  They also give £50 to each class, each term, for teachers to purchase extra resources for their lessons.
