We marked tomorrow's coronation of King Charles III with a special assembly today. Each child wore a crown that they had designed and made, parading it for all to see. Our Collective Worship included information about the ceremony that will be held at Westminster Abbey. Children thought about what qualities they would like the king to have and the responsibility King Charles III now has. We sang the national anthem and prayed. 

Children enjoyed wearing their crowns for a special coronation lunch.
