KS1 visited Hollow Trees Farm in Semer. The children thoroughly enjoyed being farmers for the day. A really well structured itinerary gave the children the opportunity to enjoy so many experiences from planting to tending crops, feeding the animals and examining the wonderful pond creatures. They also learnt about where flour came from and about the parts of a combine harvester too.
